Inventory and order management software for Australian wholesalers
Every order. Every supplier. In order.
Orderfy is cloud ERP software for Australian wholesalers, distributors and trade suppliers. It runs quotes, sales orders, purchasing, inventory, the warehouse, delivery runs with proof of delivery, CRM and reporting in one system, with Xero built in. Your business has its own database, never shared, hosted in Australia.
01The problem
The gaps between your inventory app, CRM and spreadsheets.
Most wholesalers run an inventory system for stock, a CRM for the pipeline and spreadsheets for everything between. The work that falls between them is turning a customer's order into a supplier's order.
The usual patchwork
Customer orders re-keyed by hand into each supplier's PO
Orders raise supplier POs, split by supplier, in one click
Deposits, part payments and back orders kept in a spreadsheet
Deposits, part payments and back orders sit on the order
Builder projects and site registrations in a separate CRM
Projects, site registrations and the call log beside the orders
Delivery runs and proof of delivery on paper
Delivery runs, a driver screen and proof of delivery
Every extra app is another login, another sync and another bill
One system and one login, with Xero built in
02Why Orderfy
Why Orderfy is different.
Orderfy is built around the way wholesalers, distributors and trade suppliers work: sell, buy to the order, receive, deliver, invoice.
Built around the order
Everything hangs off the customer's order: its supplier POs, receipts, picks, delivery and invoice. Open the order and you see the lot.
One system, not five
Quotes, CRM, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, delivery and invoicing in one place, with Xero built in. One login, one version of the truth.
Proven in daily use
Orderfy is built from an ERP that runs an Australian trade supplier every working day. It was shaped by real orders, not a whiteboard.
Security first
Your own database, hosted in Australia, logged staff access, and 32 ISO standards built into how we work.
Made for the floor and the road
A scan pick screen for the warehouse and a driver screen with proof of delivery. Each role sees only its own screens.
Set up, not coded
Roles, permissions and settings you control, so Orderfy fits the way you work without custom development.
Australian through and through
Built in Australia for the Australian trade: AUD, GST, ABNs and Xero, in plain Australian English, with support from people who know the trade.
Steady, predictable releases
Improvements arrive on a regular schedule with plain-English notes, not as surprise changes in the middle of a busy day.
03How an order flows
From lead to invoice, one chain.
Eight steps, one order. Every document links back to the one before it, so anyone can see where an order is up to.
-
A lead comes in from the CRM or the counter. Price it for the customer and send a branded quote.
-
The customer says yes. The quote becomes a sales order, deposit and all, ready to buy against.
-
Orderfy raises the supplier purchase orders from the order's lines, split by supplier: direct to site, or to your warehouse.
-
Stock arrives. Receive it against the purchase order, and it's held for the customer's order.
-
The order's ready to go. Create the shipment, in full or in part, from the lines that are in.
-
The warehouse picks bin by bin on the scan pick screen and packs the shipment.
-
The driver works the run on their phone and captures proof of delivery at the door.
-
The invoice is raised with the proof of delivery kept beside it, and is sent to Xero.

Read moreWhat is Orderfy?
Orderfy is cloud ERP software for Australian wholesalers, distributors and trade suppliers. It runs quotes, sales orders, purchasing, inventory, the warehouse, deliveries, CRM and reporting in one system, with Xero built in.
Who is Orderfy for?
Businesses in the middle of the supply chain: wholesalers, distributors, importers and trade suppliers who sell to builders, trades and retailers and buy from suppliers. It suits teams from one trade counter to several warehouses.
How is Orderfy different from an inventory system or a CRM?
An inventory system runs the stock and a CRM runs the pipeline. Orderfy is one system built around the order: a customer order raises its supplier purchase orders, and the same record carries through receiving, picking, delivery, proof of delivery and the invoice, with the CRM beside it.
Where is my data kept?
In Australia. Your business has its own database, never shared with another customer, and its backups stay in Australia. Files and images you upload stay in Australia and New Zealand.
Does Orderfy work with Xero?
Yes. Xero is built in on every plan. Invoices, supplier bills and credit notes go to Xero, and payments come back.
What does 99.95% uptime mean?
It is the availability Orderfy is built for: no more than about 22 minutes of unplanned downtime in a month. Each database has a live standby in a second data centre that takes over automatically if the first fails.
How do I get started?
Contact us through the contact page. We set up your business, help you bring your data across and get your team trained.
Can I bring my data from another system?
Yes. Import products, customers and suppliers from a spreadsheet, or connect Cin7 Core and bring them and your stock across directly.
