ERP software for building, plumbing and trade suppliers in Australia
For suppliers who sell to the trades.
Builders want a price today, the product on site next week, and one phone call to find out where it is. Orderfy is built around that order.
Orderfy is ERP software for Australian building and trade suppliers: businesses that sell building, bathroom, plumbing, hardware, electrical, flooring and industrial products to builders, trades and the public. It covers trade and builder pricing, quotes, deposits, buying to order, delivery to site with proof of delivery, and a CRM with projects and site registrations, with Xero built in.
What fits the trade
Nine things a trade supplier needs.
Orderfy grew out of an ERP built in-house for an Australian trade supplier, in daily use there since 2025.
Trade, builder and retail pricing
Pricing tiers and quantity breaks, applied as the line is entered, with the margin showing.

Is it for you?
Who Orderfy suits, and who it does not.
- You sell to builders, trades and the public from a counter or a showroom
- You quote first, take a deposit and buy the stock once the customer says yes
- You deliver to site and need a signature when it arrives
- You follow building projects from the first quote to the last delivery
- You use Xero for your accounts, or are ready to
- You manufacture and need bills of materials with production scheduling. Orderfy handles kits and bundles, and it is not a production system.
- You sell mainly through online marketplaces and need ready-made marketplace, EDI or 3PL connectors. Orderfy connects other systems through its API on the Max plan.
- You need several companies or countries consolidated in the one set of accounts. Orderfy uses Xero for accounting.
- Your business is outside Australia. Orderfy is built for Australian GST and ABNs.
What software do building supply and trade supply businesses use?
Many run an inventory system, a separate CRM and spreadsheets between them. Orderfy puts the trade counter, purchasing, the warehouse, deliveries to site and the project pipeline in one system, for Australian suppliers of building, bathroom, plumbing, hardware, electrical, flooring and industrial products.
Can Orderfy keep different prices for trade, builder and retail customers?
Yes. Put each customer on a pricing tier, such as trade, builder or retail, and set quantity breaks. Orderfy applies the right price as each line is entered, with the margin showing.
Can a supplier deliver straight to the building site?
Yes. When a sales order raises its supplier purchase orders, each one can be delivered to your warehouse or straight to the customer's site. The customer line still shows the purchase order it is waiting on.
How does Orderfy track a building project?
A project groups every quote, order and delivery for a job or development. A site registration records the brand, the site and the developer and architect behind it. The developer, the architect and the builders each appear on the project in their role, and a tracker shows live jobs by their next delivery.
Can Orderfy take deposits and part payments?
Yes. Take a deposit and further payments against the sales order and see what is still owing. A deposit invoice is sent to Xero like any other invoice.
Does the driver need a special device?
No. The driver signs in on a phone and sees only the delivery runs and their stops. The driver screen is a web app that runs in the phone's browser. It captures a signature and the receiver's name at the door, and the signed docket is emailed to the customer.
