How getting started with Orderfy works

From hello to your first order.

Getting set up starts with a conversation. We do the setting up with you, so your first day on Orderfy is a working day.

Getting started with Orderfy takes six steps: a guided demo, a written quote, set-up of your own database and users, bringing your products, customers and suppliers across, training your team on your own data, and your first day of trading. Enquiries are answered within one business day, and support is part of every plan.

Six steps

What happens, in order.

You talk to the people who build and support Orderfy.

  1. 01

    Book a demo

A guided demo by video call, about 30 minutes, on your kind of products, customers and orders.

  2. 02

    Get a written quote

Tell us your plan, the number of people who will sign in and any add-on modules. We reply within one business day with a quote in Australian dollars.

  3. 03

    We set up your business

Your own database, never shared, hosted in Australia. Your users and roles, your logo and wording on quotes, orders and invoices, and the connection to Xero.

  4. 04

    Bring your data across

Products, customers and suppliers from a spreadsheet. If you connect Cin7 Core, opening stock arrives as draft adjustments for you to review.

  5. 05

    Train your team

Each role learns its own screens on your own data, with step-by-step training guides built into Orderfy.

  6. 06

    Start trading

Your first day on Orderfy is a working day. Support is by email, 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Sydney time, and is part of every plan.

FAQ

Getting started: common questions.

Something else? Ask us.

What do I need before a demo?

Nothing prepared. It helps to tell us what you sell, how many people will sign in, how many warehouses you have and what you use today, so the demo is shaped around your kind of business. A guided demo takes about 30 minutes by video call.

How is Orderfy priced?

By quote. Orderfy has no public price list. A quote depends on the plan (Core, Pro or Max), the number of people who sign in and any add-on modules. Tell us those and we send a written quote in Australian dollars.

Can we bring our existing data?

Yes. Products, customers and suppliers import from a CSV file. A product file is checked before it is applied and can be reverted. Cin7 Core can be connected directly with an API key. Opening stock arrives as draft adjustments for you to review and post.

Do we have to install anything?

No. Orderfy is cloud software used in a web browser. The scanner screen for the warehouse and the driver screen for deliveries are web apps that run in the browser on a phone or handheld.

Do we keep using Xero?

Yes. Xero stays your accounting system. An admin connects it in Orderfy's settings and approves the connection in Xero. Invoices, supplier bills and credit notes then go across, and payments come back.

What if we decide to leave?

A full export of all your data, as CSV files, is available whenever you ask, and for 90 days after your subscription ends. Orderfy is billed monthly with no lock-in contract.
