Three plans, each the whole Orderfy platform. They differ in modules and in how far they scale. Billed monthly in Australian dollars, with no lock-in contract.
Orderfy has three plans: Core, Pro and Max. Core covers quotes, sales orders, purchasing, invoices and Xero for up to 500 sales orders a month. Pro adds inventory, the warehouse and CRM, for up to 1,500 orders and three warehouses. Max adds reporting, the API and a sandbox, with unlimited orders within fair use. Pricing is by quote.

Orderfy is priced by quote and has no public price list. A quote depends on three things: the plan (Core, Pro or Max), the number of people who sign in, and any add-on modules. Tell us those on the contact page and we send a written quote in Australian dollars.
A person who signs in to Orderfy. Each plan includes seats, and you can add more at any time. Ask us how drivers and warehouse scanner users are counted for your team.
No. Core runs quotes, orders, purchasing, invoices and Xero. Stock, bins and the warehouse are the Inventory & Warehouse module: included in Pro and Max, or an add-on for Core.
A sales order created in the month. Core allows 500 and Pro 1,500; Max is unlimited within fair use. If you're growing past your plan, we talk to you before anything changes.

In Australia: your own database and its backups are on Australian servers. Files and images you upload stay in Australia and New Zealand, never in the US, Europe or Asia. The security page has the detail, and we can tell you the exact locations.
Yes. Move up a plan or add a module at any time. Moving down takes effect from your next billing month.
No. Orderfy is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing month. A full export of your data is available whenever you ask.
Orderfy is built for Australian businesses that buy and sell stock. Another product may suit you better if you manufacture and need production scheduling, if you sell mainly through online marketplaces and need ready-made marketplace, EDI or 3PL connectors, if you need multi-entity financial consolidation inside the ERP, or if your business is outside Australia.
