Acceptable use

The rules for using Orderfy. They protect your business and every other customer.

Effective

1. Who this applies to

Everyone who uses Orderfy: your business and each person you give access to. It is part of the terms of service.

2. Use Orderfy lawfully

Don't use Orderfy to break the law or anyone's rights, to deal in goods you aren't allowed to sell, or to store material that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes someone's intellectual property.

3. Keep it secure

  • Don't share sign-in details. Each person has their own.
  • Don't try to reach another customer's data, or data in your own account that your role doesn't allow.
  • Don't upload malicious code.
  • Don't probe, scan or test Orderfy's security or load, except under our disclosure policy.
  • Don't get around limits, access controls or usage measurement.

4. Use it fairly

  • Don't use Orderfy to send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive.
  • Don't use the API in a way that harms the service for others. Its limits are in every response.
  • Don't resell Orderfy or provide it to anyone outside your business, unless we have agreed in writing.
  • Don't copy or reverse-engineer Orderfy, except as the law allows.

5. Personal information

Put in Orderfy only personal information your business is allowed to hold. Don't store payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive information in notes or free-text fields.

6. If the policy is broken

If we believe this policy is being broken, we tell your account owner and ask for it to be fixed. If the problem is serious or puts other customers at risk, we may suspend the access involved straight away, and we tell you why.

7. Reporting a problem

If you see misuse of Orderfy, tell us at security@orderfy.com.au.
